STEM event for all students at USC happening this weekend, Sat 9/24!
Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) will be hosting Dia de Ciencias, a hands-on STEM event at the University of Southern California on Saturday, September 24th! Student participants will be provided with an activity while learning about career pathways in STEM from professionals. We will also have a panel for parents to learn about what it takes to prepare for college, with bilingual STEM professionals (English/Spanish speaking).
This event will run from 9am - 12pm at the USC Michelson Center for Bioscience (1002 Childs Way, Los Angeles, CA 90089), and will include free lunch and refreshments. Middle and high school students interested in learning about STEM are encouraged to come!
